My passion has always been fitness. For me, is not all about being HUGE is about Symmetry, quality mass, shape and definition. In other words, an art form. I’ve been lifting for many year & have always belived in the power of the mind. I belive that tricking your mind can make you accomplish goals you thought you didn’t think you could.
