Hello! I’m Hendri born in Jakarta, Indonesia. At the age of 8 years old, my family moved to Sydney, Australia, where I currently reside.
I started training and lifting weights at the age of 15 years old. After only one year of training, a bodybuilding fan suggested I compete in Natural Bodybuilding competitions. I have won a few titles in Australasian Natural Bodybuilding competitions.
My goal is to inspire as many people to live a healthy lifestyle not only in a short term but for the rest of their life. I want to make a positive impact in the fitness industry.
